There are few singer/songwriters in this region with more determination and more heart than Northwest Indiana's Steve Vansak. He is an American rocker in the tradition of Tom Petty/Del Shannon, armed with a cache of very well-written songs that have impact as both electrified rockers (when he is backed by the Joe Roberts Band) and when performed as solo acoustic numbers.
